We have a quick and easy view of all for accounts in on window. One of them is for our business which is the most important and highly used. Between my wife and my self we have 4 online freemail Outlook accounts. It is so much easier than having to log into MS Outlook everytime I want to check email. It's simple and the free version is good for our purposes. It does all the simple things we need an email and calender/scheduling client to do. Log files can be found via Menu>Help>Open Log Directory.It's super-easy to setup, works well and has a clean interface. Next time either of the issues happens (missing emails, error with calendar) you will have the log files which you can send to support. Please go to Menu>Settings>Advanced and enable logs for IMAP and Calendar - save this and restart eM Client. The last 2 issues would best be reported to support, ideally with logs so we can analyze the problem. If you use either the android or iOS app, please report any issues to which our developers monitor to provide fixes. eM Client app for mobiles and tables is still is public BETA testing mode, so some of the features are either missing or might not work perfectly. Then the message will be in MORE section most of the time, but show up in your folder list when it contains an unread message.
If you'd like to see 'hidden' folders when they get new unread message, you can set the folder to 'Show if unread' instead of just the Show or Hide setting. We are sorry that you did not have a good experience with our support team, if you'd like to escalate this, you can report the ticket ID to or ask for your support ticket to be delegated to another technician.
